Wedding Weekend Itinerary

We are so excited to celebrate with you in St. John’s! Below is the schedule for the wedding weekend, including the ceremony, reception, transportation, music, food, and optional activities before and after the wedding.

Good to Know

Wedding Day Transportation

We have booked a bus to bring guests from the church to O’Brien Farm after the ceremony. At the end of the reception, the same bus will bring guests back toward the downtown area.

Optional Activities

The whale watching tour on Friday and brunch on Sunday are optional. We would love to see you there if you are able to join, but please do not feel any pressure to attend every event.

Timing

The ceremony will begin at 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving a little early so everyone has time to get settled before the service begins.

Weather

Newfoundland weather can be unpredictable, even in July. We recommend checking the forecast and bringing a light jacket or layer, especially for the whale watching tour and later in the evening.
